Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your catalogue order before items are delivered to you for whatever reason. Custom made and personalized items may not be returned for a refund.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clearly written statement which can be emailed to sales@wycked.ca prior to your order being received. If the request for cancellation is submitted after you have received notification that your items has been shipped and prior to receiving your item, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
Provided that all of the conditions for returns are met, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods have not been received prior to cancellation
You have received written authorization from us to return your items
The goods are in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sent in
If goods are being returned due to damage during shipping the following additional conditions must be met:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your damaged goods to request approval for an exchange or refund
You must provide us with photographs of the condition of the box your order was shipped in
You must provide photographs of the damage caused to the product you are requesting the refund or exchange for
Upon approval for a refund or exchange, you may be required to return the item(s). If this is the case, you may return the items at our expense. We will provide further instructions for returning the item(s).
If you are required to return the damaged item you will not receive your refund or a new item will not be sent until we have received the original item back.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or are clearly personalized
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. IE Wooden kitchen utensils
The supply of goods that have been used
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Under certain condition you may be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
